Published: February 18, 2012 Zambia’s envoy in CAF Confederations Cup Red Arrows were held by little know Royal Leopards of Swaziland in first leg played at Nkoloma Stadium. And Power Dynamos will face Madagascar side Japan Actual in the first leg of the CAF Champions League tie. With the build up to the tie subdued because of the Chipolopolo Boys’ success story at the African Cup of Nations, Arrows was set to follow suit but at the end of 90 minutes, fans failed to identify which players will force his way into the African Champions’ set up – Maybe Herve Renard and his assistant Patrice Beaumulle were right not to watch the match as the likes of Bruce Musakanya, Mwape ‘Tozizi’ Mwape and Jimmy Chisenga were all disappointing. Arrows’ were slow and failed to show any urgency and now will have to do the hard way in the return leg in a fortnight in Mbabane. Meanwhile Power will be hoping for a better start when they take on Japan Actual for the right to face TP Mazembe in the next round. Coach Fordson Kabole will hoping new signing Graven Chitalu will replicate his last season’s form in a ‘Dinamo’ jersey. The likes of Mukuka Mulenga and Joseph Sitali and twin towers wingers Kennedy Mudenda and Simon Bwalya will support the burly striker.   Pass4sure ccsp ccvp cisa cissp crm certification db2 certification itil certification hp certification icnd Facebook comments: 3 Comments on “Red Arrows draw blanks in CAF Confederations opener” Chindika Ng’uni on Sat, 18th Feb 2012 7:28 PM  Shame on Arrows…. sango on Sat, 18th Feb 2012 7:32 PM  Hard luck arrows you will win in Mbabane or waste will be a scoring Draw.
