By The Pilgrim The passing on of Second Republican President Frederick Chiluba has raised the question of the potential impact of his death on the upcoming Zambian elections. At the time of his death, Chiluba was seen by the ruling Movement for Multi-party Democracy (MMD) as the link between them and the ‘Bembaphone’ provinces of Luapula, Northern and parts of Copperbelt provinces.
