Chanda Chimba III, publisher for Stand Up for Zambia (SUFZ) newspaper has filed a defence claim in the Lusaka High Court in a matter in which Patriotic Front (PF) leader Michael Sata has sued him for allegedly publishing defamatory articles about him, including his sickness.
