Chairperson for Local government and Housing Given Lubinda not eyeing the PF party presidency
We all know that he wants it but he cannot come out in the open yet because he fears being ostracized. Zambian politics need to mature to a point where someone can declare interest in the position without fear of being hounded out of the party. Its only healthy especially if the old man has ‘indicated he may not attempt it in 2016′.
