A Two year old baby who is blind has undergone a successful operation to restore her sight. The operation was conducted today at the Lusaka Adventist Eye Hospital. Speaking after the operation, Hospital Managing Director, Janie Yoo says the operation which took about an hour was successful. She described the operation as interesting noting that it was the first time the Hospital was conducting such a complicated eye operation. And Lions Club of Kabulonga Secretary, Webby Kaluba says the lions will continue helping the vulnerable in society.
