21 pupils of Chelstone High School have been arrested after they run amok destroying school property. The pupils, nine boys and 12 girls have since been charged with conduct likely to cause a breach of peace. They were protesting against the school management’s alleged failure to issue them identity cards. The pupils mostly grade 12s claims that they paid Twenty Thousand Kwacha each for the ID cards which however have not been issued a few days before they sit for their final exams.
